Customer satisfaction is very important to us, if you have any problems please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Funky Flora Ltd offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy, and we will refund the value of the goods returned in their original condition, upon receipt. Unfortunately we cannot refund Postage and Packing costs unless goods are damaged or faulty.

FAULTY GOODS

All goods are new unless stated otherwise. You must notify us of any concerns regarding your items within 24 hours of receipt. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt, proof of any fault/damage will be required (e.g. photographs). Please ensure that when signing for goods you mark any delivery papers as 'damaged upon receipt' even if it is only the packaging that is damaged.

NON-FAULTY GOODS

We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

RETURNS FOR REFUND

These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded.

IMPORTANT when returning live plants - please ensure plants are well watered (particularly in warm weather) prior to sending them back to us.
