You are purchasing one half standard Mandarin Orange Fruit tree grown in a 20cm pot. This plant is about 70cm+ high above the pot,  you will receive a plant similar to the one in the photo. This citrus produces masses of heavily scented white flowers in the Spring  followed by medium sized sweet tasting Mandarin fruits. They make excellent Ornamental trees for outside in the Summer and inside in a conservatory or even in the house during the colder months.   They grow best in a free draining soil and prefer full sun, with regular feeding necessary to produce a healthy tree with a high fruit yield.  These plants are tolerant to the cold, but it is wise to overwinter indoors in frost free conditions, they are best grown in a greenhouse or conservatory as they will produce fruit more freely with the higher temperatures.
