"This superb variety is double with perfectly shaped petals of a gorgeous rich lilac colour. A rich pink area at base of the petals gives the corolla a lovely pink glow and the sepals which are pale pink on the upper surface and rich pink on the underside blend into the petals. White acorn shaped buds surprise you as they open up to this astonishing colour transformation. This semi upright variety is a good all rounder as versatile as the sportsman himself."

These plants have had their growing tips pinched to encourage bushy growth.

Delivery will be 14th March 2011 onwards, depending on the weather, we will not ship if there is a chance of overnight frost. Please e-mail us if you would like a specific delivery date.

These plug plants are supplied as very well rooted healthy plug plants and are ready for potting straight into at least a 9cm pot. They are best grown on in a frost free greenhouse or indoors on a windowsill and planted out into the Hanging Basket or garden once fully established. They prefer some shade, but will tolerate most conditions.
