You are buying Impatiens 'Masquerade' plug plants.

This truly remarkable variety is a real eye catcher, the mid green foliage is overlaid with a variegation in shades of lime and gold. The foliage itself gives good interest even before flowering. But it is when the sparkling scarlet flowers appear above the foliage canopy that the visual display is lifted to a whole new level. In addition to its looks, it is also a robust spreading plant that creeps and cascades over the edge of containers and baskets and yet remains compact and neat maintaining the foliage cover. Growing to a spread of 25 -30cms, this is ideal for patio containers or hanging baskets. This Impatiens does well in full sun but will also tolerate other conditions.

These Novelty Busy Lizzy Impatiens plants are supplied as very well rooted, healthy, plugs and are ready for potting straight into at least a 9cm pot. They are best grown on in a frost free greenhouse or indoors on a windowsill and planted out into the garden once fully established.
