Nonstop begonias are a tuberous, compact and robust upright variety with large and showy double flowers. As its name suggests, Deep Red has dark crimson flowers.

These are still good size well rooted plugs, and in the right conditions will take approximately 10 to 12 weeks to flower.

The picture of the plug plant is an example of the size of plug only.

These Begonia plug plants are of good size and after the first year the tubers can be saved in paper bag, in a cool dry place.  They have an upright habit but do need a lot of room as they can easily fill a 14 inch hanging basket, or patio tub. They are also ideal for window troughs. The other plus is that the dead flowers just drop off, but do take care where they fall, as they can fall inside the other plants causing them to rot, if the plants are wet.

These Nonstop Begonias are supplied as very well rooted healthy plug plants and are ready for potting straight into at least a 9cm pot. They are best grown on in a frost free greenhouse or indoors on a windowsill and planted out into the Hanging Basket or garden once fully established. They prefer full sun, but will tolerate most conditions.
