Delivery of Goods

Deliveries to the Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles will incur a postal surcharge. Please request a quote prior to placing your order online. (POSTCODES - BT, IM, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50 TR21-25 AND ZE)

Deliveries are made by 1st class Royal Mail or courier dependent on item purchased.

A dispatch notification will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address supplied at the time of purchase.

The responsibility of delivery is solely that of the carrying company, and any losses or damages must be notified to us immediately they become apparent. (For damages we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods)

Please be precise where you would like the goods left if you are out when delivery takes place. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage once the goods have been delivered or attempted to be delivered as specified by you.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed (except by special arrangement for high value goods) so if we fail to deliver on the date specified due to reasons beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to arrange another delivery date. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for loss or damages caused by non-delivery of the goods on a specified date.

Ownership of the goods passes to you only when the goods have been successfully delivered to you and we have received cleared payment in full.
